TACTOOL 1-Year Limited Warranty

TACTOOL warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and exclusions below.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product and within the one-year warranty period.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, cosmetic changes that do not affect product function, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to product instructions, or damage caused by incompatible power sources, water, weather, excessive heat, chemicals, or unsuitable surfaces.

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact TACTOOL through our Contact page and provide your order number, product information, a description of the issue, and photos or other supporting information when appropriate.

Please do not ship or return a product before receiving return or service instructions from TACTOOL.

Warranty Remedies

If a product is determined to have a qualifying defect covered by this limited warranty, TACTOOL may, as appropriate, provide repair, replacement, or another remedy permitted by applicable law.

Additional Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
