TACTOOL currently ships orders from China to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $0-99.99 USD is charged per order. The shipping fee includes customs clearance and applicable import duties. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs-clearance fees upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–20 business days after successful payment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, an incorrect address, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing and Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
